Write for us

Trusted Cricket Guide welcomes clear, original pitches that help readers understand cricket’s patterns, terminology, equipment or shared customs. We value useful explanation over jargon, hot takes and claims of certainty.

What to pitch

Propose one focused subject with a clear reader question and a concise account of what the piece would explain. Strong ideas have lasting value, use examples carefully and make a distinct point rather than covering the whole game at once.

A useful approach

Write for curious readers, define specialist terms and separate established rules from tactical interpretation. Avoid match predictions, unsupported claims, promotional copy and advice that depends on private access or unverified experience.

How to send an idea

Send your proposal through the Contact page and choose the editorial question option. Include a working title, a short summary and a note about any relevant experience or sources you would draw on. A pitch is a proposal, not a promise of publication.
